The Arrival of my U13 SR20DET
On February 13th, 2005, I took delivery of my U13 Bluebird SR20DET. I had ordered the engine a couple of months prior from a very trustworthy source, known for acquiring extremely clean engines. The business that I ordered from actually buys running cars at Japanese auctions, pulls the engines out, and ships from there. The reason for this is that they can test drive the engines and put them through a checklist to ensure they are running and performing in excellent condition. I was quite pleased with the overall condition of my engine. Below are pics of it when I first got it on the engine stand.
